By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Disclaimer (Crucial)

PSYCH-K® and Coaching are not substitutes for medical or psychological treatment.

Mariola Matyszkiewicz Boulais is a certified Facilitator and Coach, not a licensed physician, psychiatrist, or psychologist. The sessions are designed to facilitate change at the subconscious level and support personal growth. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure mental or physical diseases. If you are currently under medical supervision, please consult your doctor before beginning our sessions.

3. Booking & Payments

Pricing: Current prices are listed on the website (e.g., 200€ for a single session). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment: Payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept payments via bank transfer or online payment methods as indicated during the booking process.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and ours. To ensure efficiency for all clients:

24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the session price.
No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

5. Confidentiality

We adhere to strict confidentiality standards. All information shared during sessions remains private and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law or if there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others.

6. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and blog articles, is the intellectual property of More Value. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta/EU, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
